v0 pricing explained
Last checked against official pricing pages: 2026-10-16. Prices in USD.
v0 uses dollar-denominated credits: each paid plan includes a monthly credit balance, and each generation draws from it at a rate that depends on the model you pick. The old $20 Premium plan is being sunset and is closed to new users.
v0 plans
| Tool | Plan | Price | What's included |
|---|---|---|---|
| v0 | Free | $0/mo | 7 messages/day |
| v0 | Premium | $20/mo | $20 credits/mo — sunsetting, closed to new users |
| v0 | Plus | $30/mo per user | $30 credits/user/mo, shared pool |
| v0 | Business | $100/mo per user | $30 credits/user/mo, training opt-out |

How credits work
v0 bills in USD-denominated credits (tokens per credit vary by model). Depends on model selected; credits roll over, expire after 65 days.
- When credits run out, generation pauses until you buy more or your plan renews.
- Unused monthly credits roll over but expire after 65 days.
- Plus and Business share one credit pool across the team.
Worked examples
Assumption: v0 doesn't publish a fixed per-generation price (it varies by model), so these examples are in dollars of credit, which is how v0 bills.
| Team | Plan | Monthly cost | Credits included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo, exploring | Free | $0 | 7 messages/day |
| Solo builder | Plus × 1 | $30 | $30 |
| 3-person team | Plus × 3 | $90 | $90 shared |
| 3-person team needing training opt-out | Business × 3 | $300 | $90 shared |
v0 generates React/Next.js front ends and deploys to Vercel; you bring your own backend (for example Supabase). Compare with full-stack builders in Lovable vs Bolt.
